1. Please visit the link https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager from the browser of your PC.

2. Select the name of a locked cell phone that you want to do a factory reset.

3. Select Erase and provide confirmation by pressing the Erase. Just as the first way, reset factory settings will delete all the data in your phone and restore the entire settings contained in mobile phones as readily.

4. Once your phone is successfully restarted, all data will be returned as it was when you first bought the phone from the store.
