How to Turn On / Off The Developer Option In Android Marshmallow
Developer option is a special
feature for developers to test applications on their create with debug app
features. In addition there are many more other features.
By default the developer option menu
is hidden from the menu settings of the smartphone in all versions of android.
Perhaps this is indeed in the allocation to the developers and also to avoid
errors of use on regular users. Then, how to show the developer option?
Here I am using Lenovo A7000-a for
testing. This device has an android operating system 6.0 Marshmallow. How to
enable the Developer Option as follows:
1. Go to ‘settings’
2. Select ‘about phone.’
3. ‘Device information’
4. Tap on "build Number"
three times or more until it pops up "you are a developer now".
Now go back to the settings menu. Usually
there is a new menu "developer option" fit above about the phone. For
other smartphone, it’s the same way that we must tap on the ROM version is
being used.
How to deactivate or hide the
developer option menu again?
If you want to hide the menu
developer option. the trick is as follows:
1. Go to settings
2. Select Apps
3. Select ‘settings app’, it will
showing the app setting info
4. Select storage and then “clear
data”
This could be a way for all versions
of android with clear data from “App settings”
