Download these files needed :

1. Firmware MIUI version.
2.Fastboot Driver
3.Mini and fastboot file

Follow these steps below :

1. After the files mentioned above are ready, which firmware already downloaded extracted twice.

2. Once extracted, copy some files from the result like the example in the picture below

Next, paste them into the mini and fastboot folder, like the picture below

3. Run cmd.exe then input the commands to flash via cmd just like below :
Please type the commands and then press ENTER

fastboot flash boot boot.img
